10 Fiorint: post-mint damage or if genuine mint error? [solved]

I was in Budapest last August and I collected few coins. While comparing my 10 Florin coins, I noticed that the 2021 piece on the left shows an additional circular rim around the ‘10’. The other examples I have for comparison are from 2018

Is it a post-mint damage or if genuine mint error? Anyone has already see other similar examples?

It is PMD caused bij a coin-roll-packing-machine.

...you can run,  but you can't hide...
