1 Azadi Iran duplicate?

is there any difference between the following Iran 1 Azadi ?

 

N#52130

N#61514

I have a feeling that N#61514 with the fictitious KM# B1264 was meant to be this coin:

  

minted only in AH 1370 (AD 1991) with the same composition, weight and size and reference KM# A1264.

 

Edit: Never mind. This coin is listed in Numista as a pattern N#60439 SCWC has it as a standard coin.  

 

The other page should be deleted.

Those coins have different obverses.

@Jarcek I can't spot any difference looking at obverse pictures

 There is a difference - first picture is looking at the bricks straight on, 

second picture is looking at the bricks from an angle below. 

 Also - the two triangular roofs on lower left - first picture only shows them, 

second picture also shows a little of the building they are on.

Yes, it looks like one is “pictured” from front and other one from below a bit.
