Could someone please help me identify this coin? It weights 3.21 grams and has a diameter of approximately 22 mm.

Not the same coin, but I can read the name Abu Sacid on your coin as well:
Dirham - Abu Sa'id Type G
Most of the writing is the same except for the line below the name Abu Sacid.
Yours seems to be quite a bit heavier. If not a dirham, I wonder what it would be.

For the weight, looks more like N#41351 .
The writing doen't look identical to me, but this is not my area.
