Unidentified ancient coin (East Rome or Byzantic or similar?) [solved]

Good evening, 

 

would please somebody help me indentifying a coin with the following characteristics:

 

Material: Bronze

Diameter: 16 mm

Weight: 3,07 g

Averse: Head (of ruler?) to left

Reverse: large A above of a  quadrtic unidentified object; attached P (half circle) to the right leg of the A, at the right side of the A the letters O and E (or Ξ?)
