Is it not at the top of the first picture?
1 space 6 then 9 space 1 so is 1691 year

In 1669 they were still in good terms with HRE and they were printing emperor names on their coins. After 1672 not anymore. Or I am confusing their independence wars.
You are looking at six hundred ninety something. With ones smudged on both sides
