The coin seems to be silver or billon and measures 18mm.
This is what i was able to see on it:
Duchy of Lithuania did not have bracteate type of coinage. Early half groats are around 18mm, but they are over 1.2 grams and dual sided. Your coin looks lighter.
Commonwealth coins were not that thin too.
