Byzantine(?) ID request

I need help with this ID. 

 

It looks like a Byzantine coin, but I have some doubt.

There are very few trachy types that have a legend on the obverse in addition to IC XC.  This one from the reign of Alexius III might be a match. In addition to that obverse legend, there might be a legible letter A on each side of the figures on the reverse of your coin, which could fit with the reverse legend.
