This error is called a „fried egg“ and or „egg yolk“ error.

Have no idea if this is actually how it happens, but I’m sure it has something to do with the centre Planchet being slightly thicker than the outer ring, hence the overspill when pressed during minting. This could just be a simple case of inner ring being too think or outer ring being too thin on the odd occasion, or batches of either inner or outer produced in years gone by intended for minting getting lost for a large amount of time and being reintroduced at a later date, when the size of the new inner or outer has changed slightly - either thickness, diameter or more or less metal at the joint butt? Maybe…

Hast du das direkt von Deutsch in Englisch übersetzt? Spiegeleier / Eigelb?

No. I have heard them been called that somewhere before in English - quick google search confirmed I wasn’t just making it up in my head 🤪 and to be honest I haven’t heard it called that auf Deutsch, as I prefer the traditional errors I’m not that into bimetallic coin errors or have even seen any in the flesh - just images like this one. At least it is an actual error, unlike the majority of so called Euro coin errors that are just sh/% from scammers trying to make money.
