Roman bronze coin

Quite bad condition. Weight around 9 grams. Found in northern Serbia.

There is a figure standing. In the field left of the figure there is a letter “S”. It probably stands for “S C”, the “C” probably was in the field on the figure's right. A bit further to the right, around 4 o'clock I think that I can see letting “GA” , but that “G” could also be “U”, and “A” could be “H”.
Head of the emperor on this side. Can't make out any letters.

It is most liely  from emperor Hadrian.
