Austria 2 Euro coin 2002 – double rim or minting error?

Hi everyone,

I found a 2 Euro coin from Austria, dated 2002, with what appears to be a double rim or slight misalignment on the reverse side (the "2 EURO" side).

The inner core and outer ring look slightly off-center, and there's an unusual edge pattern that might indicate a striking error — or maybe just wear?

I have attached a clear photo of the coin.  
Would appreciate your thoughts — is this a genuine mint error or just post-mint damage?

Post-mint damage. The circle on the 2 euro side is caused by a coin roll machine, and all the rest looks like wear to me.
