Looks like from the Indian princely state of Baroda (N#82599) but would like a confirmation. Not sure on the denomination. Any other identifying information is also appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Baroda state, Khande Rao,  part date visible AH 128*  looks like copper Paisa. The date is split by a Cows hoof
