Need help to identify a coin or medal

Hello everyone,

I need a help to identify a coin or medal since I'm not sure what is it.

My grandfather gave it to me when I was a little boy. Since then I made some research about it online and couldn't find any information. Even I took it with me to the antique stores to have some information but they told me it worth nothing.

Obverse: A man's face, half of a heart symbol and Sigma Gamma Pi (Greek letters)

Revers: A woman's face, other half of a heart symbol and Alfa Alfa Omega (Greek letters)

If anyone out there knows more about this coin, or knows some website where to find more infos, I would be so greateful :)

It could be a love token in which the two halves of the heart fit together, and the letters fit together to spell “I love you” in Greek.

Looks like a love token. When you put it in the table and spin it you see both faces looking at each other inside a complete heart.

Just a guess on my part.

Good idea. Made this to try it out …

Yes as tdziemia said the letters spell “i love you” but instead of putting half of the phrase on one side and half on the other, they put it so you have to read it alternating one side to another to spell Σ Α Γ Α Π Ω
