2002 Greek €2 Coin Possible Mint Error

5 posts • viewed 120 times

Hello, I found this coin this week and thought it may be special. I found the S, but after looking a bit more, I think that there are 3 errors. 1st being that the stars (on the left side) are too close to the inner circle, even touching it. 2nd is the front leg of the bull seems to be disconected from the body. 3rd is on the other side, where there seems to be a part extending from the 2. I'm not expert, and don't involve myself in coins, so I don't know if these trully are the errors I asume or if they may bring some value to the coin.

S mint mark is nothing special. Almost half of 2002 Greek 2 euros were minted in Finland.

You've posted the very same coin last week. It was already established in that post that there is nothing special with it, bog standard 2 Euro coin. You're not going to get a different opinion this time either.

I didn't, I posted it once, and then waited for reply

Now I see that there are 2 post, but I only made the 1st one, I was still asleep while the 2nd was created, so there has to some error in the sistem.
