Multiple Languages in Post Not Translated Properly

A post in one language with URL's in a different language is improperly translated with the comment Automatically translated from undetermined language to English but no translation is actually done. Example: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic158377.html#p1233953

The main post should be translated and the URL's ignored.

 Same here - as in same error, on same topic.

Yes but the URL's are in English.

Here's an interesting twist. When I change my language to French the translation works for the first sentence then gives up.
