The coin is 12 mm and weighs 1.4 grams.  Any thoughts where to look?

Coins are my way of learning history.   My favorite is finding a coin in a country where it doesn't belong and figuring out how it may have reached that destination.  AJL

Could you send a image of the other side and get a closer picture (without so much background)

Did you know that Pluto is still a planet in Illinois and New Mexico and has de facto recognition as a planet in Arizona?

Thank you. I didn't see I missed it.

May I ask, where did you find it?

Ok so after looking through the 807 items with a similar diameter and mass of this coin, this is the closest one I could find

Interesting.  Over the past two years I have been in Japan, Norway, Cyprus, Greece, Spain and more.   I visited markets and coin shops and picked up a lot of coins.   This specific one I don't know where it is from.   I have two d0zen coins plus that I am trying to find the sources.   Very interesting choice you made.   I want sure weather it is a dolphin or bust.
