Birmingham Mint Limited Advertising Token (1889-1900's)

What are the values for Birmingham Mint Limited Advertising Token. Not sure if this is silver but it's  Diameter: 25mm , Weight: 5.4g , Edge: Smooth.

I have contacted Birmingham Mint Tokens, they have got back to me and said these were made around 1888/89 and
perhaps into the 1890's. Brent said if this one is silver it's extremely rare. To be honest I don't think it is, possibly nickel and more common. Only other thing to do is get it tested.
