Obverse possibly Honorius (393 - 423 AD)?

I'm pretty sure reverse shows GLORIA ROMANORVM? in legend with two emperor's facing each other holding a spear and a globe. Coin is obviously only partial, weight nd size would be off as a result and most legend on both sides missing.

 

Diameter: 14mm

Composition: Bronze

Weight: 1.70g
