Zimbabwe 100 Trillion Dollars Pattern Disruption? [solved]

Hi All

I want to know whether this pattern disruption is on all notes or just mine:

It goes across the whole note, at the top edge not the bottom. Here is another view:

When I first saw it, I thought it was a corrupt scan but it isn't. A rescan produces the same image. The background pattern on the note is disrupted.

Is this normal?
