Brockage halfpenny

Hi, I have spent quite a bit of time trying to identify this full Brockage coin. I believe it is a non-regal coin but as there is no date nor an image of what should be on the obverse I am unable to date it. I assume it is from the 1770’s or 1780’s. I am stumped as to whether it is a British or American fake, the flower held by Britannia is quite unique and I have not been able to find an image like it.  The coin weighs 5.82g and measures about 27mm in diameter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I did look through that page and couldn’t find anything which matched exactly. The olive branch doesn’t match any of them.
