Need help with identification

It seems that you already got some identification on X:

Coin of Jovan Hunjadi minted below Avala around 1456.
On the obverse is the inscription of Duke Ivaniš, while on the reverse is a representation of a lion, the coat of arms of Branković, and the inscription of Rudišta.
The mining settlement of Rudišta had a mint where the common money of despots Đurđ Branković and Jovan Hunjadi was minted.

Yes… and that's about it. I was not able to find anything else on such coin other than that post. That's why I'm asking, for I have only seen this coin on X and not anywhere else. 

I just realised what I did, I sent wrong pics. This is the coin I am curious about. I think it's genuine? I'm not really sure.
