1927R 2 lire

I have a 1927R 2 lire coin. On here it states it is a rare coin - I can only give a below vg grade due to 3 scratches across the man's face. I see a 1925R 2 lire on eBay in xf for £245, couldn't find a 1927 one on there - how rare are they? jay
