Fantasy places are not fantasy [solved]

Fantasy places in the catalogue:

Mordovia, Republic of

Nizhny Novgorod

I was in both places and can confirm that they are real. 

Mordovia is not Mordor and the name of the capital is Saransk, not Sauronsk

The Mordovia needs to be removed (as well as Russia › Chechnya) as separate issuers and all the privately minted garbage stuff that are listed there shall be moved under Russia.

The Nizhny Novgorod shall be moved somewhere… There are official local loan bonds there - I don't know how to classify them… possibly the type shall be changed from Trade voucher to Promissory notes

I agree the naming is not ideal, and what we should do, is to add (Fantasy) to the names of those issuers which in reality exists.

Nizhny Novgorod is within standard issuers, nothing to do here.

For Mordovia and Chechnya, these have only fantasy items, so we put them into Fantasy category.
