The hole is in the mint but looks like Egypt (misr)

Seems Mustafa III and the year 1171

 

I do not think that is a belly dancer token.

You might be right, the alloy doesn't really correspond, and the hole seems hand made.

I mean, might had been used as a belly dancer jewelry but I think is a real coin.

Valuation is low, these coins are available in huge numbers so one with hole bodged in it is not desirable at all
