24.5 mm, bronze or copper.  Sorry, I don't have a scale

Reverse

Second Pic - (pay attention to possible countermark, square cartouche, Samarqand?)

Obverse (same side, 2 different pics)

This is the closest I found:

N#126545

Is it a variety of this without a start?  It looks a bit different

The 3 circles decorations  are common for Timurids coins…

But your first photo is upside down…

Your second photo is out of focus….

You didn't mention the weight….

My personal list of scammers from Numista: erniemix, yvain, CassTaylor

Thank you Grinya for the reply. I tried to make better pictures here, I do not have a scale unfortunately, is this better? do you mean Timurid Empire?

I have updated the pictures in the first post above. If you have any info, I would be very thankful!

The closest I found were the 2 and 3 tenga of Bukhara. I did not find any Timurid Empire coin in Numista that is similar to this one!

Hi dubfal:

To be honest, it's probably not in the Numista catalogue.  I don't see an indication on your coin that it's from Bukhara, but I could be wrong (I often am!).

I'd recommend to instead search Zeno, under Timurids (per Grinya's suggestion).  Use the same parameters that you listed here (and maybe expand them by a gram/mm).

If you find it, please add it to the Numista catalogue.

Thanks a lot Mike! I searched in Zeno, and I found very similar coins.

It appears it is from Samarqand, a fals/fulus. The first coin below is almost identical (with different countermark). The year is not clear, but the second and third coins indicate AH898-AH899.

I will add it to the numista catalog, in the Samarqand City category. If there are experts, they can complete the details!
