This exonumia seems identical to N#70817 

 

Actually, these three seem identical

N# 370073
N# 70817
 

 

Is there a difference?

64442 is a Charter Member and the other two are Official Member. 

As for 370073 and 70817 they are slightly different. One has the ® symbol on both sides and the other does not. Also the "Partners Club" next to the PGA logo is different and the surface of one is textured and one is not.
