Right now, this two coins seem identical to me, and they have the same KM number:

1 Kurush - Murad V                         1 Kurush - Mourad V

Is there a meaningful difference between them? 

 

I suspect they might refer to the exact same coin, and therefore should be merged or something.

yes, you are correct, nice find, I will go ahead and move some info from 424270 and add it to 189059 and then proceed to merge so that we would have only 189059 left. Thanks for this.
