Short description: Sergei Akimovich Pomansky (1906-1987) graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute. In 1930, he began work at the Goznak Factory for over 40 years where he was the Deputy Chief Artist of I. I. Dubasov. He designed banknotes and bonds, as well as postcards, stamps, and artistic envelopes.
