Attempting to add this 1 Anna Pattern [solved]

Hello All, 

I am attempting to add this 1 Anna piece that was sold by Stack's to the catalog as a pattern. I am unsure about picture permissions however, and was wondering if I had to reach out to Stacks to request permission. Everything else I am able to do but I am not sure about permissions.
