Bug on Libya map? [solved]

Hi,

 

I've just saw a strange thing on my dashboard map: when I stop the mouse cursor on Libya, the Abbasid issuer appears twice.

Now I'm hovering the cursor over other countries, and none got this problem, only Lybia.
