It's siege money (never heard of obsidional until today) or necessity/emergency money and would go into the coin catalog.

It's strange that Kunker call it a medal but the catalog gives it a denomination of ¼ gulden.   

 

I see we have Ingolstadt already for notgeld, and we have a medieval sub-issuer Bavaria-Ingolstadt.  So this would be different from either (Ingolstadt, City of)?

Yes you can create “Ingolstadt, City under siege of” (we already have several of such issuers)

OK, Ingolstadt is set up, with currency set to Thaler which seems to have been the standard for Bavaria at this time.

 

Any suggestions of the equivalence of gulden to thaler?
