Hello!

The following coin has Sharada script on the reverse. Perhaps this is something which should be added?

N#77290

An auction mentioning it is Sharada script:

https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3372861

And the wiki page for that script:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharada_script

I added it.
It's always nice to learn about a new script 😄

This source gives the transliteration of the full legend: https://forums.bharat-rakshak.com/viewtopic.php?t=6848&start=4760

but not in Sharada script unfortunately.

I tried to transcribe it, but I could not complete.
I believe that the text direction is left-to-right for the first and last line and right-ro-left for the second and fourth lines. Starting from the last character of the third line, it looks like:

𑆠𑆴𑆍𑆝𑆈𑆲𑆩
Mahamuda Nrpati

Thank you!

Zeno does give a full transliteration, which might be of help.  :)

Central legend:

avyaktameka muhammada avatar nrpati mahamuda

Translation: The Invisible is One; Muhammad is the manifestation; Mahmud the king

Outside legend:

yam tankam mahamudapura ghatita ta jikiyera samvati

Translation: This tanka struck at Mahmudpur in the Arabic year 418

Written on this page:

I sent a request to add all that information to the page (the script, the transliteration, and the translation). If you would like to attempt to transcribe the rest of it, knowing what Zeno said about it might make that easier.  :)
