For these 3 note we can read the comment:
Circulation for French forces in Germany.

So why don't we move these notes to Military notes in Exonumia?

I agree, and to move them to Germany as is specifically stated on the reverse. As far as I am concerned, all military numismatic objects should be listed in country of use instead of issuing military

Leave them under ‘Banknotes’ - especially if they are listed in the old Pick Specialised catalogue.
