Looking at this banknote the issuer is Suriname, that's wrong, the issuer is Dutch Guiana.
If I look at similar case like Zaire, it's slightly better:

I understand but I guess it's the same as for Euro, in France you have euro minted in 1999 when it was officially released in 2002.
I do not see the parallel sorry? Was it still called dutch guiana until 1975? Anyway it was Suriname all along as I understand, Dutch Guiana is just a nickname due to british guiana and french guiana

As far as I can see, Suriname is the correct name since 1667. Is there any evidence for the official use of the name Dutch Guiana?

Sorry my mistake then! It was so obvious for me that it was call Dutch Guiana that I didn't check my source, now as I looking at it I can see that I was wrong.
