1991 B  -   Mumbai Mint; Proof

whereas this coin has a UNC version

The 5 Rupees coin was issued in a folder containing this 5 Rupees coin and 10 Rupees coin 

If you check the 10 Rupees coin page, it mentions both the proof and non-proof versions.

Can you then explain this message on every pages with locked years:

“The list of years is complete and has been verified. Most requests to add new year entries are sent for the wrong coin type. If you are sure you own this coin with a date that is not listed here, you can ask to have it added through the forum and include a picture of your coin in your message.”

Rejecting a request of someone who just apply strictly our rules feels rude an inappropriate.
