Showing referee at Ruler page

When accessing this page https://en.numista.com/catalogue/slovenie-exonumia-1.html referee is displayed at the bottom.

When accessing this page https://en.numista.com/catalogue/ruler.php?id=1310 referee is not displayed.

I believe this additional data cannot hurt here.

We don't have referees for rulers, only countries/issuers.

The example you give is simplistic, because the ‘ruler’ is for a republic.

But for more complex pages, where the ruler is/was Monach, it wont work.

For Issuers, who did not practice the ugly side of colonialism, this should not be an issue.

A lot of rulers are appearing in multiple issuers, not necessarily due to empires

As mentioned above, referees are nominated by issuer, not by ruling authority.

Although your proposal could work for ruling authorities that ruled over a single issuing state, I fear it would lead to confusion and bring limited added value.

Can we at least display referee on top and not on the bottom of the listing?
