4.2.12 Reference numbers

• “Up to nine references can be specified. If there are more than five references for a banknote,”
• “provided you did not reach the limit of five references”

I suggest wording the sections to only specify the number of references once in each section.

Up to ten references can be specified. If more references exist for a coin/banknote, … provided you haven't reached the reference limit…
