1791 Lanarkshire Token DH#2 or 3?

I've temporarily listed this under Lanarkshire DH#2, but I'm wondering if I should create a new listing (DH#3)?

It's a 15% Off centre token, "Payable in London" and engrailed edge, 7.54 g, 27.66 -28.07 mm, tapered planchet 1.32 to 1.76 mm

Apparently, "In Dalton & Hamer, Lanarkshire #3 has an edge variety like yours and also lists large and small flans."

"EVERY COIN IS CLEANED. CLEANING, THEREFORE, IS ALWAYS A MATTER OF DEGREE.
If you send a "dirty" coin into a grading service to be "conserved" and let them do the "conserving" they will charge you for their work CLEANING the coin ..."

Please explain the expression “15% off center”?

For me, that expression is used for the variations between “medal” and “coin” orientation?

Your coin is not that, as far as I can see, but right enough it's off center, but in a horizontal context, so what to call that?

A = 0.15 X B

That I managed to make by myself. What is it called? That was my question.

If I understand you correctly, it would be a "½ Penny Lanarkshire  (Token) - Glasgow / G. Shearer" if it was DH#2.

However, it is lighter and smaller than DH#2, so perhaps it is DH #3 (especially with the “PAYABLE IN LONDON” edge lettering).

In addition to the above, the token appears to have been struck approximately 15% “off center” (an estimate I made without the use of measuring devices …).

I do not have “DH” available so perhaps a learned numismatist that has access can confirm that; a) there is a DH #3 listing and b) that there is no corresponding  Numista listing, which would mean that I could create one.

Cheers
