Copper coin of weight 16.8grams, diameter is about 19mm, thickness is about 6.5mm

Search is easier with two pictures, but no match in Numista nor google image
…and that's exactly why I'm asking for help - I did some due diligence before I posted here :)
Looks like Bikanir
Following up on Geison's astute lead of Bikanir, a Zeno search (where they use the alternate spelling Bikaner) turns up a couple of examples with about the right weight and diameter with the unusual symbol like an eye with circles around.

These are not matches to the coin in question, but I think there are enough similarities to say it's a variety of a Bikanir takka, Ratan Singh (1828-51 AD) i.n.o. Shah Alam II, KM #23
Thank you so very much Geison & Seeker55!
There are indeed a lot of similarities between this coin and some of the Bikaner Takas I have now seen online. I will continue to try and find the exact coin, which may or may not happen, but it's well worth trying now that I have a solid lead.
BTW, my interest in coins came about only 3 weeks ago due to this very coin that I had picked up from a tub full of coins in a flea market. At the time I knew nothing at all and picked it solely because of its looks and relatively lesser wear and tear, but now it seems like I have got hooked on to a new hobby!
Thank you once again, and let me take this opportunity to wish you both a Very Happy New Year!
Welcome to a hobby that can give you a lot of hours of pleasure, as well as education in history and geography. I know that in India it's possible to pick up a lot of fascinating coins cheaply. And Happy New Year to you too!
