We currently have a single entry for the two quite distinct 1 peso coins issued by Colombia in 1863 and 1864. As explained in the comments, the two dates have different letterings (ESTADOS UNIDOS DE COLOMBIA on the 1863 coin, COLOMBIA on the 1864). The problem stems from SCWC placing them both under KM#146. Can I suggest splitting this entry into two: KM#146.1 (1863) and KM#146.2 (1864)? An image of the 1864 coin can be seen here.

We don't control KM numbers so using 146.1 and .2 would be inappropriate.

Having two entries both identified as KM# 146 (with reference links to each other) is appropriate and it has been done several times in Numista.

According to our current entry, KM#146.1 and KM#146.2 already exist.

.1 and .2 already exist in SCWC.
