Vandals or Byzantine coin ?

Hi,

can you help me to id properly this coin ?

I saw this coin in BMC catalog #28 so the situation seem clear but description of this coin is : VANDALS. Pseudo-Imperial coinage, 6th century; in the name of Justinian I. Nummus (bronze, 0.57 g, 9 mm), Carthage. Diademed and draped bust to right. Rev. Chi-rho within circular border.

How this coin can be Vandals when at that time Justinian I fought against Vandals and won. So should i add this coin to the Vandals or is this one  : N#300302

So who is right ? BMC Byz 159 or BMC Van 28 ?
