Milan mint name fix [solved]

Hello,

I suggest the change of the name of the Milano mint to Milan. This would be consistent with the other Italian mints (Florence, not Firenze, Naples not Napoli, Turin not Torino).

Thanks for spotting this, it made me think about checking that and I just updated some carolingian entry names to replace italian name by english name.

Pejounet told recently there was a big review of all mints names in the 3 languages, hopefully it will solve all those issues.
