This coin currently weighs between 1g-1.1g and is 18mm or 19mm in diameter.

 

I think it's an Ottoman North African coin around 1800 but I honestly can't be sure exactly what it is.

I don't think it is any of those. The weight and diameter are different.

 

I looked through thousands of coins and couldn't find it. It may not be listed on numista.

I also think it's Egyptian maybe around mahmud 2 era. Not certain though.
