Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Coin/Disc

Hi,

 Could anyone identify this (see photos). I believe it may be a Diamond Jubilee commemorative coin for Queen Victoria’ s 60th year of her reign. The inscriptions on the face side are in Latin. The obverse has the countries of the then British Empire. The delivery diameter is 3 inches / 75 mm. It weighs 104g or 3 5/8 ounces.

I don't know what coin it is but you have mixed up obverse and reverse. Obverse is heads, reverse is tails.

This medal is not currently in the Numista Exonumia catalog.  You should add it.

 

It was made in 3 alloys, gold, bronze and white metal.  Yours looks to be white metal.  Here's some links to get you started researching it:
