Interesting. There is one in the Numista catalog,

N#199969

 but it has the SILVER SPECIMEN notation on a different place.

I suppose you found out that you don't have a 1 ounce platinum coin but a half size silver (unknown fineness) trial strike.  The one in the Numista catalog is also one.
