I don't believe they are worth much other than a conversation piece. I have one myself exactly like yours I purchased at a coin show on a 1964 1 cent. I'm also a freemason myself. They are probably made and handed out as tokens. I have also had a stretched one cent given by a lodge member. I was never curious enough to ask about the history but next meeting I can ask some of the older members if they have any further information.
This is on the obverse of a Haiti 1 Centime 1886-1895. I picked this up at a show as "Haiti Masonic" don't know the origins or when the masonic square and compass was done but it makes for an interesting piece like yours.
