Francois I Teston and a Chinese numismatic charm

Hi All,

What are your opinions of these two? -

Francois I Teston. 30 mm diameter, weight 9.4812 g

The design on the obverse and liberal use of an inverted S looks too amateurish for me to believe this was from an official coin mint. It's hammered and looks like it has some age though.

Unknown numismatic charm, 60 mm diameter, weight 41.3829 g

It had an old ticket attached that claimed it was from 1150. Can anyone date and translate it?

Many thanks for your help.
I don't know this type (the teston) as well as some of our French colleagues will, but the legend is missing DEI GRATIA (or at least an abbreviation) which makes it even more suspicious (and yes, I can find retrograde Ns, but not S).

Let's see what others say.
