KM# 143 or KM# 145

Dimensions -
Diameter: 19.9 mm matches with KM# 143
Weight: 2.52 gm, matches with either choice
Persian "6" inscription present on Obverse, matches with either choice

Going by above facts, choice would be KM# 143
Confusion - the reverse inscription does not match with KM# 143

will be thankful for guidance
