weight is 2.75g & dia is 1.7cms

Presumably 1.7mm should be 1.7cm or 17mm

​Nope but a understandable mistake, in this case IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG is actually Elagabalus.

Elagabalus Denarius. IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate and draped bust right / P M TR P II COS II P P, Sol standing left, right hand raised, holding whip. RIC 107, Sear'88 2107; RSC 134.
