Coin Identification

Hello,
I'm not too good at identifying Roman coins, at all, and I am not really able tell which emperor is being portrayed on this coin, help would be appreciated. As of now all I know is this emperor is dawning a "radiant" crown.

For reference the coin is roughly larger than a penny.

I'm usually not too good with Roman coins either.
Looks a bit like this one though from Claudius II:

It seems I can read GALLIENVS AVG.
