I have a coin from Peru, year 1942 with a printing error (disentry). What could its value be?

Welcome to Numista!
Yes, this coin was
struck off center . Here are
some examples on eBay (via picclick) . The pricing is sort of a free for all and some sellers ask for ludicrously high prices for things that are worth $40 at the very most.
With some issues, errors are very common and barely obtain a premium. I don't know in the case of your coin whether this is the case.
The price asked for
this 1976 example (though in uncirculated condition) seems excessive to me. I don't think many error collectors would give more the $40 for this.

Thank you very much for your reply.
A collector from Germany offered me €150.
Based on his comment, I think I will gladly accept the €150.

Yes!!
Personally I would gladly accept, as long as he is of a sound mind and responsible for his own actions.
